Q - Why are other franchises cheaper than you?

A - You can always find a cheaper window cleaner.  We charge the fair price to provide quality service and reliability.  As they say, you get what you pay for.

Q - We had a guy doing our windows and he disappeared.  Can we count on Clear-View Window Cleaning to show up?
A - Unlike a lot of window cleaners, Clear-View Window Cleaning values each client greatly!  We have clients of 40 years to prove it.  Once you become a client, you are processed into our scheduling app and your job comes up on our daily work list, right when its due.

Q - The company we had comes at different times, is this common?
A - No. Many of the larger window cleaning companies are based far from their job sites and this causes scheduling problems. We are based locally so we’re always in the neighborhood! Once you set the frequency of your cleaning service, that’s how often we will be there, weather permitting.

Q - Do I have payment options?

A - Yes.  We send an e-invoice directly to your email, right on the spot.  It comes as an interactive PDF that you can click to pay, and save for your tax records.  You can pay online using PayPal, credit card, debit card, check, or cash.

Q - Do you belong to that International Window Cleaning ...thing?

A - NO.  They are a good association. But Clear-View Window Cleaning was a thriving company for over a decade before they existed.  We do not need them to validate that we are a superior window cleaning company.

Q - Are you licensed and bonded?

A - If any window cleaner tells you that he is licensed and bonded, you are being lied to.  Telling a consumer he is licensed and bonded is meant to give the consumer a false sense of security. 

     Unfortunately, there is no certification to be a window cleaner. 

    Window cleaners cannot be bonded, as we are not building a structure that can fail and cause you property damage.  Being bonded means that someone else is covered if you need to make a claim against the bond.   When you see a window cleaner tell you he is licensed and bonded, you may want to find an honest and professional window cleaning company.  Clear-View Window Cleaning is transparent and honest in our dealings with our clients.

Q - How often should I have my windows cleaned?

A - This varies, depending on several factors.  But it’s best to not let them get very dirty.

      Is your property exposed to elements that cause windows to get dirty quicker than normal, such as high traffic roads or waterfronts? Do you like your windows to sparkle day after day?

      Over the years, we’ve noticed that clients vary the frequency with which they have their windows cleaned.  Many residential customers prefer semi-annual cleaning.  Many homeowners have their windows cleaned for “spring cleaning,” then before the holidays in November.

     Some of our clients have certain prominent windows washed more frequently than others, including storefronts and lobbies for businesses, and living room, kitchen, and sunroom windows for residences. This type of scheduling also helps keep your cost down.
